After globalization took a part of our world, everyone started looking outside their country’s borders in order to seek opportunities and expand their business. 

Buying properties abroad had become a trend where international people started investing in different countries targeting return on investments and rental incomes. On the other hand, another type of people started looking for properties abroad as plan B, yes as plan B especially the citizens of economically damaged countries or the foreigners who are working abroad where they can have a safe place to raise their children in a similar culture as their mother country. 

From our own experience, I would say that having property abroad is not only for profits anymore, it is a tool to shift to a new country and establish a new life. In short, it is a new tool for running away from the foreigner’s old life to a new better life, he would hope. 

Due to what is happening around the world, such as financial crises, diseases such as the COVID19 case, and other reasons, we will be seeing a new trend for buying property abroad. The old trend basically was about buying property in the west but that is not a rule anymore and after the COVID19 had broken into the world many people will think to shift to any place where they can find safety, qualified health services, and good education for their children. 

We believe the upcoming years will show new humans’ behaviors, making money will not be the first goal, I believe keeping their life stable and their money safe will be the first thing they would think about after getting up.
